Residents observe source of mud flow and catastrophic results
The Serenity Cove development is in Councillor Owen-Jones Division 2. He denies any breach or damage, refused to act to investigate or mitigate the damage and fully supports the developers managing Consultant, referring to him as ‘the developer’.
This aerial shot taken 11 July, 2019 (12:28pm), purchased recently from a local aerial photographer clearly shows the source of the mud and the catastrophic result to the creek. Estimated 60,000m3 (6,000 truck loads) of mud over a period of five months flowed into the creek blocking effective tidal flow to the creek and also the entrance to Coombabah lake to the West of this location at anything but high tide.

Blair Parker the source of the mud is the direction of Serenity Lakes Estate (Stage II release) suspected dredge spoil.
